This is the view of Longfield House from 18-20 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5. It is a block containing 55 flats and built in an Art Deco style in the 1930s, which explains the bold white colour and flat roofing.

It is 5 minutes walk to Ealing Broadway underground and train station, however if you are feeling lazy you can catch a bus from the bus stop 30 seconds away. See walking distance map here: walkit.com map

This is a 3 bedroom flat with a private terrace that faces back (not onto Uxbridge Road so more private), and a kitchen and bathroom and dining/reception room which opens to the terrace. There are 2 rooms available to rent and these will be entirely your own space with locks on the doors.

The rooms will only be available in late April, so in the meantime drop me an email (longfieldhouse@gmail.com) and I'll let you know when I have the exact dates and can make arrangements for you to come by and have a look!

No smoking, no drugs, alcohol in moderation please.

Prefer single occupancy, so that means the communal space is shared between 3 people rather than 4 or 5. Couples and sharers are not considered at this time due to the local laws regarding Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO) http://www.ealing.gov.uk/services/housing/hmos/

This is the view of the terrace, it is on the third floor and is not overlooked by any other flat in the building! It is north facing and as you can see there are no ugly buildings to ruin the view and sun!

This is the bathroom to be shared between 3 people. I think I will need to put in a blind in the window otherwise the staff from that red brick office opposite might be able to peek in.

Finally, this is the kitchen, containing a washing machine, fridge and freezer. Not forgetting the kettle, microwave, sandwich press, steamer, toaster, electric grill. Also has electric hob and oven.
